Odyssey Putters Dominate Ryder Cup

Odyssey Golf is calling it a “historic roll,” and we can’t disagree.

To date, Odyssey putters have notched 37 professional tournament wins in 2012, including 17 victories out of the 34 tournaments held on the European PGA Tour.

Now comes word that at the upcoming Ryder Cup, 11 of a total of 24 players for the U.S. and Europe will be bagging an Odyssey putter.

We first took notice of Odyssey’s remarkable run back in July, in the wake of Ernie Els’ British Open victory. And with this strong showing at the Ryder Cup, Odyssey’s run shows no sign of abating.

  1. They do make good putters no question. I’ve always used an Odyssey until early this year when I switched to a Scotty Cameron. A lot more expensive are the Scotty Cameron’s but they too make an excellent putter. Those two brands plus Ping really dominate the market.
