After being in the winner’s bag at the recent 2011 Masters, the Nike Method putter took another victory lap in the hands of Lucas Glover at the Wells Fargo Championship yesterday.
Lucas Glover’s putter is the Nike Method 003, the same putter that has famously worked its way into the bag of Tiger Woods.
In notching his first win since the 2009 U.S. Open, Glover ranked first in putts per greens in regulation and third in putts per round during the week.
At Augusta National last month, Charl Schwartzel’s wielded a Nike Method 004 prototype putter to earn the green jacket. The Method putter has now been used to win three major tournaments.
